MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to everyone, including "Friends of Akumal".

The core funding comes from Akumal property and business owners but but visitors and other interested parties are encouraged to join and participate.

You are welcome to participate at whatever level works best for you: contrinute to the Community Forum, volunteer time, join a committee, attend a General Assembly meeting... 		Suggested contributions: (in US dollars)

Friends of Akumal $50 to $199 per year
Condominium Owners $200 - $499 per year
Home Owners,
Small Businesses		 $499 - $1,999 per year
Condomium Associations,
Larger Businesses		 $2,000 and up

Members who make a financial contrimbution to the organization within the prior 12 months will be eligible to vote on issues at General Assembly meetings.
